@Ri58995851 Thank you 🙏 yup I do it all at home, you don’t really need any equipment because you can still build muscle with just your bodyweight, but I do use dumbbells watching my calorie intake was the hardest thing but it was the biggest contributor to the weight loss

@Anscombesblend I wasn’t following any specific program, it’s just my own workout schedule. I use FitnessBlender videos and workout from home, usually a mix of HIIT and strength training 3-4 times a week :)

@Ri58995851 calorie counting + being in a calorie deficit every day (I used a calorie calculator online to find out how much I should be consuming per day to lose weight), and I do 3-4 intense workouts every week (HIIT + strength training)
