We've been struggling with players holding the puck until they are in trouble, we sagged for a week with no stickhandling allowed now they are zipping the puck around like superstars. SAG with constraints = change. Thanks Coach Revak and Belfry for helping me be a better coach.

With the content available on the internet, there really is no excuse not to include an age/level program for your goalie(s). While players are working on their skills portion of practice, goalies should be too. At least 15 mins of every practice.
