We have seven key worker children attending school today, separated at a safe distance, and four members of staff on site. Thank you to all of our families for making sensible decisions today, helping us to minimise the number of our staff required to travel to school.
We are delighted to share that with the publication of the School Performance Tables yesterday our Academy is placed 42nd in the country overall, and 10th out of all non-selective comprehensive schools.
A fantastic achievement for our students and staff!!
Our new school is open and we are really looking forward to welcoming our students this Friday!
Year 7 at 8.30am for a 9.00am start.
Year 8 at 11.00am for a 11.20am start.
We had 120 pairs of science goggles - half of them have been donated to a community GP practice that had little or no PPE, the rest have gone to an inner city health clinic that works with disadvantaged families.
What an achievement! 👏 Last Friday we all had a chance to celebrate our amazing progress scores.
HASU success is a true statement to the hard work and commitment of our wonderful students, their families and staff.
We would like to thank everyone for all your support.
