Harold Court Primary is a growing 2 from entry school in Essex. Everybody works hard to ensure that children feel safe & secure-enstilling a strong moral code!
Miss Donnelly-Symes has been busy today creating a huge rainbow to put a smile on our whole community’s faces. We have had lots of compliments already. Let us know if you see it when you pass by.

A little message to all our Year 6 parents from
@SkreensPark
- your children are an absolute credit to you. They have been amazing and have had a great first day. All in bed already although no sleeping 😂From the night shift !
Thank you
@Dominos_UK
#HaroldWood
for the free pizzas you supplied our key worker children and some of our staff, you were so generous. The children said it was best day ever. Gestures like this is what keeps us going and shows the kindness of others.

A fantastic day was had by all yesterday finished with an epic game of capture the flag. Children very excited but managed to settle and slept until 6am. Sun is shining and we are all excited for the day ahead. Lots more photos to come - so proud of our year 6!
Such sad news. Today in assembly we shared a very special letter we had received from her Majesty only yesterday. The letter made our children so very happy. Thank you Ma’ma for all of your wonderful service to our country. RIP
Morning everyone!
There are lots of children making rainbows and putting them up in their windows for people to find when they go out for a walk, all to spread some joy and show we are all in this together. Have any of you made one yet?
Please let us know xxx
Morning parents/caters, after a very busy long day yesterday the children crashed and were still sleeping at 7. We had to wake them all! Just off to breakfast and our next activity we will see you all soon😊

, Mrs Philpotts our Chair of Governors, our
@HaroldCourtPTA

Very exciting day today as the sensory garden at
@HaroldCourtPrim
was officially opened by the Deputy Mayor of Havering.
Children chose to create the garden as part of their
#PLPrimaryStars
social action project, as a place for their peers to go if they need some space.💛
We have written a few words of thanks for Her Majesty the Queen from our school community for her devotion and service to us all in a book of condolences at Green Park. May you rest in peace Ma’am 🕊
It may be snowing outside and blizzards on the way however our Mr Boland ensures not only our site is as safe as possible for our children but the roads outside the school! Well done and thank you Sir!
A fantastic start to our book week for
#WorldBookDay
today. Our Year 5 librarians delivered new books to all class, every class had story time with a different teacher and the decorating of the classroom doors in the theme of a book is well on the way.

Today we came together as a whole school for our Remembrance Assembly. The children created thought provoking art work, sang and read 'In Flanders Fields' beautifully, then we all showed respect with 2 minutes silence. A very moving experience. 🕊️
Thank you to
@salvationarmyuk
and
@ljfoundationuk
for your amazing Christmas gifts and food donations to help some of our school community. Your generosity has overwhelmed us all 😊🙏
