@checkfoc_us @jwt0625 Search fiber optic face plates, I recently used one, they relay images, and its so awesome !

@jwt0625 In case if you haven't come around this: UCL did some fancy work in this sometime ago ! I'm excited about its possibility in biotech!

@SumnerLN @raffi_hotter @dcxStep @Noah_B_Clark haha, v interesting ! So for EEG, can one attribute brain to be just a black box's where the only thing that matters to optimize is net Information transfer rate and temporal dynamics ( alpha, beta..bands).

@raffi_hotter @dcxStep @Noah_B_Clark For source localization, given that source region in brain says about the state of brain. Ok, Interesting, so I am wondering why we do not have to care much about source localization in EEG ?

@raffi_hotter @dcxStep @Noah_B_Clark btw, here is the links EEG vs MEG i just started this, v interesting one, let's discuss this after reading. one more:

@raffi_hotter @dcxStep @Noah_B_Clark Thus, I hypothesize this gap to blame it on Skulls conductivity and E field smearing. But I am open to exploring more hypotheses.

@dcxStep @raffi_hotter @Noah_B_Clark I think this is where the poorer than MEG's spatial resolution of EEG comes from, skulls resistance to E field and tangential smearing of E field within brain. Multipole decay is a general problem for poor res of both MEG and EEG, which sets the lower bound even at good SNR. 3/3

@jwt0625 So, a good thermal insulator ?! I guess thermal phonons are around Thz and broadband ig!
