On the contrary, from the start you've been v clear that DEI should be more about calling people in rather than calling them out - & I think we are together on that. We've never needed to abandon DEI, only to improve it. My tags are people I want to bring into the conversation.

Very sad to learn today that Lee Shulman, who, among many huge accomplishments, invented the idea of pedagogical content knowledge, has just passed away. I fondly remember our sold-out joint dialogue with students & faculty at @HKUniversity in 2018. A great loss. @pasi_sahlberg
