This is not taught in any law colleges in India. This we learn in College of Experience To set aside a false criminal cases, poor people prefer to file Dicharge Application and Middleclass and Rich people file quashing application. Academic books, Judgements etc teach us lot

By reading a lots of books you cannot become a good lawyer. Just as it is in cricket. Reading books on cricket may not help after a certain point. Thereafter, you have to practice on the ground to get better at cricket.The same is true about the legal profession.. #lawyers
