If you liked Star Trek The Original Series, go find Star Trek Continues on youtube. 11 episodes finishing the original 5 year mission. A little jarring watching different actors portray those characters but they're so good you get used to it quickly. Respects the canon.
It's Flashback Friday! Let's talk about our amazing ceiling in Engineering. Our 1st attempt was made of wood, which was way too heavy (& much too dangerous) to set up the way we wanted to, so that curved ceiling was made of foam Doesn't it look just like the ceiling in TOS?

20 years ago during the divorce, my ex got custody of our social circle. Took me months to realize it, longer to get over it. The only person from that group I've remained close to is getting married and I'll be seeing all those folks at the wedding. Not looking forward to it.
