A new paper is now online @acsnano. In this study, we studied how we can fabricate very thin and uniform oxide films below 5 nm by using ALM based on #ALDep. The ALM HfZrO shows great #ferroelectricity because of its better uniformity and crystallinity.

I am happy to announce that we will have the first Asian Pacific ALD Conference organized by the Korean and Chinese #ALDep societies. Rong Chen and Soo-Hyun Kim are chairs and it will be held in Shanghai, China, from Oct 17 to 20, 2024. #APALD2024
