@txsalth2o I've told dozens of these posters the same thing. ADA provides for access, which we all agree is a good thing. DEI is focused on quotas over hiring the best you can find and that is a horrible thing. As usual, the truth doesn't matter - only the shock value of the sound bite.

The cheering is because what Biden was attempting to do was not within the purview of the Exec branch. Exec branch DOES have the authority to audit agencies at will. A judge cannot take that role away from them because he disagrees - it isn't constitutional. I get that you disagree and neither of us is a constitutional attorney, so we could both be wrong. Just pointing out the logic of applauding one ruling and complaining about the other.

Do a little research before you reactively complain. There isn't a vehicle in the military world in which many of our service men/women haven't died. By your measure, it is disrespectful to use a hearse to transport a body in a funeral when the person dies in a vehicle accident. Let it go.

@Johnny_Joey Joey, none of them seem to understand what we oppose about DEI. It is the quota aspect of it when an employer feels compelled to mandate specific ratios of this group or that group - as opposed to simply hiring the best person for the job and letting the numbers be what they are.
