What have we left our son? There is now a native title claim over our entire station, 1st July we start dealing with Aboriginal Heritage Act (see attached) and if the voice gets up well what then? Is there going to even be any future for them on the station? Will it even be ours?

It’s his birthday today. He would have been 70 but when only 52 he chose to take his own life. He’s lost out on so much and so have we. Christmas can be tough. Take care it yourself and mates

When you stand head and shoulders above the rest. This bullock is about 18 years old. When he was mustered at about the age of 3 , his horns wouldn’t fit up the race and he was quiet so the decision was made to let him live out his years here on the station.

Two innocent kids 40 years ago starting out life as a couple. Here we are today with 3 adult kids and we are back to being just the two of us again.
Has it been a bed of roses? Hell no! Has it been worth sticking it out? Hell yes.

For those following my hubby's story he got the all clear today. Wounds healing well, cancer completely contained in kidney so all gone now. another 5 wks off work but can drive etc when he feels up to it. Check up again in 6 months. We are blessed indeed.

Hubby got the all clear from specialist today. Radiographer wants to follow up in 3-4 months over small spot at base of lung so appointment booked but specialist very reassuring about it.
So it's back to the red dirt for me on Monday.

16 years ago -seems like yesterday -I got the call to say my brother had taken his own life. We will never know why. He was loved and had friends. He obviously couldn't cope with the pain anymore but the pain he left goes on and on.
Talk to your mates. Suicide is never the answer

This is my brother. He should be celebrating his 66th birthday today but he took his own life 12 years ago. It seems like only yesterday I got that dreadful phone call. Talk to your mates. If they don’t seem okay talk some more. RIP Phil. You had so much more to give and enjoy.

Mustering 2023 complete. Run by our two sons who took over in March. Dad was on hand but only as adviser. Brilliant job. So proud of them both. Wish there Grandad had been around to see them. Station in excellent hands as long as Govt doesn't ruin it all

Today vegan activists showed up at Muchea sale yards. Despite signs saying no cameras allowed they took photos and videos for at least half an hour, not only of cattle but of workers/visitors. None of these people had given permission to be filmed.
Where are the rights for them?
