I carried an 870 in Desert Shield/Desert Storm while guarding the Marine Corps Hospital north of the Port of Jubail. I currently have a semiautomatic shotgun for home defense...and it's a magazine fed bullpup 12 gauge. They're great for CQB in urban areas!

Releasing ANY medical information regardless of the severity is actually a HIPAA violation. I had it drilled into me for 8 years when I worked at the Nebraska Medical Center. Any time PHI is released without a signed release, it's a HIPAA violation.
