Before getting in to Heathrow. Flights cost us $4500. Not even mentioned the hassle of sorting our 18month daughter and food and drink for us all. Also lost 2 days earnings for both myself and my wife. I’m sure your scummy CEO and shareholders don’t care though

Told that we can have $20 each as compensation and our flight money back. Because of your incompetence we have had to pay $800 for an extra night in Vancouver, $700 for a bus to Seattle to then get another room for the night ($900). Flight then has to go via Salt Lake City
