Ah yes, the good ol’ “I don’t believe the law applies to me” defense. Stick to things you know like Pokémon. 🤣 I’m muting you for real now.
@HaegarrNC @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa the cops lied, he was under no obligation to comply with unlawful demands.

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa Doesn’t matter, he didn’t comply with NM law. He refused to ID himself during a traffic stop. It’s a misdemeanor charge if you don’t. 🤣

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa What does it say in the rectangle? That’s something you seem to ignore. If NM says you must comply with providing ID then… additional charges or complications. What again happened when Phillip Page was noncompliant? 🤣

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa New Mexico law disagrees with you, so would Phillip Page. 🤣

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa No, you can self incriminate during a traffic stop without being read your Miranda rights by the officer asking questions. You also don’t need to be arrested. People walk in and give interrogated by police without being arrested or detained.

Your only proof he might be lying is a 44 second clip from a known liar, because remember Phillip Page said he was never asked for his ID and the cop was “aggressive” with him from the start, both proven false by dash cam and body cam audio. He could have buckled his seat belt after he passed the cop but before being pulled over. Either way, Phillip Page and the passenger lied about the police multiple times. At that point, they’re not credible. You can choose to believe them but I won’t because they lied about the traffic stop.

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa No, my whole argument is that it’s retarded to not ID yourself for a simple seat belt citation, causing misdemeanor charges and still being cited for the seat belt. But hey, you do you. I’ll save a few thousand dollars by not having to goto court for misdemeanor crimes. 🤪

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa What does it say below the rectangle… something about being obligated? 🤪

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa No, they can ask for your ID, registration, and insurance during a traffic stop and you either comply or get arrested for concealing your identity. The choice is ultimate up to you how you want it to play out.

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa Yes it is. It’s a misdemeanor crime and it’s what Phillip Page was charged with.

They can question you but if it’s about a crime they’re investigating then they are required to mirandize you. They can ask if you watch the Super Bowl. What’s also funny is during a traffic stop they can ask you “you know why I pulled you over?” and if you’re dumb enough to admit to violating the law they can cite you for that without mirandizing you.

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa You keep thinking that it’s unconstitutional to ask for your ID. What’s that last word in the red outline rectangle? It’s like when you’re pulled over and given the choice of doing field sobriety tests. You can refuse but there are penalties if you do. 🤪

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa Never said that but claiming everyone is corrupt to win an argument is like flipping the chess board because you’re losing. But since you and the other guy cracked the corruption code, you can fight it and help the other retar… I mean sovereign citizens.

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa You’re obligated to identify yourself and provide your drivers license. It’s weird how they put this AFTER the part you posted, right? Almost like you have no constitutional right to not identify yourself during a traffic stop in NM. 🤪

@aames32 @RRaven27188 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa If you fail to ID yourself in NM during a traffic stop you’re committing a crime and giving probable cause for a search. It’s a reasonable search at that point. Your “fee fees” don’t matter.

You’re right, I’m not a cop. I just know that when you apply for a drivers license, you’re signing a legal document that you will abide by traffic laws, and if I lived in NM one of those laws is that during a traffic stop if I’m asked to ID myself I must comply. Apparently you just sign without reading the fine print.

@RRaven27188 @aames32 @clemson_nut @NoCapMediaa Oh okay, everyone is corrupt. I’m muting now you since you’re not contributing anything meaningful other than accuse every one of being corrupt. But you’re free to not comply with laws and see how that works out for you. Bye, retard.
