have an unvaccinated player. It’s a prominent player. It’s going to affect the team’s season if he doesn’t change his mind.
How are they handling it? Talked to a bunch of people in the organization about the situation.
Nikita Kucherov going out of his way to insult Habs fans for absolutely no reason seconds after he won the Stanley Cup is the best compliment we as a fanbase have ever received.
We did it friends.
The Habs run would be great on its own but the fact that it is making the hockey world lose their collective minds is just the best thing in the world.
So Suzuki tossed this kid a puck, he missed and it busted his lip. Suzuki went into the crowd to make sure the kid was ok and give him a puck and a stick and then the arena staff told them he had to give up the stick or leave. They left and missed the game. This kid needs a game.

Thanks Nick for taking a selfie & making sure Hunter was ok after he didn’t catch the puck you tossed him😂He loves the stick, puck autograph & Fat Lip😉A memory that will last a lifetime. Had to leave the game cause the stick wasn’t aloud🤣
Shout out to David Savard and Jake Allen who, in the midst of a tough one, threw my three year old at his first game a bone and made his night by acknowledging him and chatting with him. Gems.
I still cannot believe that the Habs killed off a four minute penalty against a power play consisting of Nikita Kucherov, Brayden Point, Steven Stamkos, Victor Hedman and Anthony Cirelli WITH THE STANLEY CUP ON THE LINE and then won the game a minute later.
What the actual hell?
Tyler Toffoli was an excellent Hab who provided us with incredible moments on and off the ice. Dude loved playing in Montreal. Got so close to the cup. Wishing him, Cat and Dodger the best in Calgary.
A real Hab.
Congratulations to the Vegas Golden Knights on joining the Toronto Maple Leafs in the exclusive Literally Every Fan of Every Other Team Wants You To Lose Club.
Keep at all costs:
-Danault
-Perry
Keep if the price is right:
-Armia
A great Hab but his tenure has run its course and I wish you all the best:
-Tatar
Thank you for a great run but salut la visite:
-Staal
-Merrill
-Gustafsson
What's funny is that Carey Price is both an overpaid, over-the-hill, injury prone grandpa who the Habs would be lucky to get rid of AND the best goalie of all time who the Habs can't lose under any circumstances.
Look at a Paul Byron. Not under contract. Taking his time to be at camp and be part of the development process. I haven't seen word that he was officially hired but I'm guessing that is coming soon. A good fit. A great dude.
This should be the standard in all of hockey. He came in hard and hit him in the head. The rules need to protect players against headshots, the players should have to adapt to this standard at all levels.
As a Habs fan, I have to hand it to the Toronto Maple Leafs on their incredible season. They won 38 games and lost 25. They lost a playoff series in embarrassing fashion to the team that won 37 games and lost 41. Just an amazing year that their fans should remember forever.
As a Leafs fan, I have to hand it to the Montreal Canadiens on their incredible season. They won 37 games and lost 41. They were outscored at even strength by 13 goals. Just an amazing year their fans should remember forever.
Imagine waking up from a 10 year coma and you're told that the Habs and Leafs are in a playoff series and that the series involves Joe Thornton, Jason Spezza, Corey Perry and Eric Staal.
Toffoli was a Hab for a year and a half and left such a meaningful impression on the team and fanbase. That's rare. He also barely played in front of fans. A shame.
Habs fans want the Habs to lose every game but also have a winning culture but also have the highest draft pick possible but also don't want to be embarrassed every night but also are upset about the roster being too good too soon but also love Dach and Barron but also
Holy shit what a sneaky little jab by Marc Bergevin on Nick Suzuki's deal!
Suzuki signed a 63 million dollar contract.
Antti Raanta and Frederick Andersen's numbers are 32 and 31 respectively.
32+31?
63.
Masterful troll job by Bergevin.
Me: The Habs are a joke. Bad owner, bad GM, bad coach. Blowout loss after blowout loss. No change coming. Why do I even watch?
Also me: Oh sick there's a Habs game today I hope they win.
Cole Caufield really isn't getting enough credit as to how he has adapted so quickly to the NHL. He is seeing the ice and reading plays so well. It's phenomenal.
Dear Tuukka:
As a lifelong Habs fan, I’m humbled by your brave decision to do what's best for your family.
You QUIT on:

I hope that I NEVER have to see U in a Black & Gold Sweater with the spoked “B” Again!
Because you're a good goalie and I hate the Bruins.
Coyotes: We are keeping Chychrun out in case he gets hurt prior to a trade.
Columbus: Same with Gavrikov.
Montreal: We are playing Edmundson on all three defensive pairs tonight.
Seems like a Jeff Petry trade is inevitable this off-season. It's a necessity at this stage of the Habs' competitive cycle. It should not be understated how good Petry was for Montreal. A bad half of a season shouldn't erase years and years of consistent top level play.
There is absolutely no good reason that Alex Romanov hasn't and likely won't play a single game in this series.
Terrible coaching. Terrible development.
Bergevin signing Kovalchuk, milking every ounce of hockey he had left, flipping him for a third and then using that third to address a massive need is some solid work.
Ben Chiarot (sucks): Unprotected 2023 1st, Ty Smilanic, Cedric Guindon
Bo Horvat (doesn't suck): Protected 2023 1st, Anthony Beauvilier, Aatu Raty.
I don't get how Kent Hughes pulled that off.
Honestly. The "I told you so" tweets from the hockey world hating on Montreal makes this so much better than it already is. They've been waiting for four rounds to be able to say it and it took the best team in the league to allow them to do so. Feed me more.
