🙏J4 made their very own ‘Calm Jar’ as part of #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek. This is a tool for mindfulness & self-regulation & can be used to help to manage emotions & develop a sense of calm. Pupils had to follow the instructions carefully & were mesmerised by the end result!

🌳 Junior 1 had great fun as they took their turn to venture along to Thorn Park for #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek, wrapping up to enjoy a crisp winter day and explore nature... and the playpark! 🥰 Some unforgettable outdoor learning! @Place2Be #HSOGJoyofLearning

👩‍🎨 Through techniques including cut paper collage and using various types of pens, the children truly brought their designs to life! 🎶 After completing their pieces, they then moved to the Music Room to compose sounds and music to represent the emotions expressed in their art.
