Today was graduation day! After teaching gym yoga for ten years & then taking a ten year hiatus to heal a catastrophic back injury, I am now officially a Breathe For Change 200-hour @YogaAlliance - recognized certified Yoga Instructor! Woo Hoo! 🧘‍♀️ 💕
