It is a surprising & sad news. We lost a great “fundamental” EP.
#EPeeps lost a giant. I lost a mentor and friend. Pat Tchou is the reason I'm an EP. My first and most important teacher. Pat was brilliant, creative, skilled, patient, humble, tireless, committed, generous, compassionate, authentic. The real deal. I will miss him dearly.

How old is the patient?
Redo ARVC VT. Previous ablation almost a decade ago, but VT recurred w/ ICD therapy. Data shows we should probably consider epi access for ARVC, especially as this was a repeat procedure, but we decided to try our luck endo with better tools this time around. #ablateVT #EPeeps

1/ I haven't seen many #Epeeps share #LBBPacing / #PhysiologicPacing cases using the sheath-in-sheath technique or Agilis #HisPro, so I thought I would share some such cases -including a fun LBB pacing case with PLSVC. How often do #Epeeps use such techniques?
