Had a football player ask me today if he can still join track. I asked why the renewed interest. Said college coaches asked why no track & field.

Speed separates the best.
In all of the hype for “The Big Game,” I haven’t heard anything about how each team can squat and bench a lot.
Seems like there is something else which SEPARATES the two teams from the rest of the league.

family members, Rodney Anderson, has passed away this past weekend. A wonderful young man with a huge smile, a big heart, and love for life. He was active in so many things here at HF.

Watching our students do state mandated all school testing I couldn’t help but feel sad and frustrated.
That’s showing what a student is capable of?

We use standardized tests because it’s easy not because it’s the right thing. And in no way prepares students for future.
