terrible dehydration & lacked of strength training for Nery among other things. Nery looked tired,slower than normal & no chin unfortunately for him, but He is a warrior & could have won this fight tonight if different scenarios played out

*Phentermine is on a VADA list.
*Oscar tested positive A/B samples
*Oscar tested under WBC clean program.
*Testing was carried by VADA so its rules should applied

When body is dehydrated (cells have no ions) meaning no good nerve conductivity meaning less reaction,speed and explosiveness due to poor conductivity (cells,nerves,muscle etc)
