Belt & Rod Yojna won't fix civic sense... Lack of infrastructure, socioeconomic factors like poverty, inequality, lack of access to basic services, lack of education are the real reason.... I'm concerned, this situation is going to become increasingly dangerous. Nobody wants to fix the cause. Successive govts have failed to address these problems in Bihar. Instead a fake narrative is being pushed about the state receiving special attention...
