in regards to two baby ducks that had fallen into a storm drain grate in

& were trapped. Officers attended the scene, were able to rescue the ducks & safely reunited them with their mother.

On November 16, at 2pm, CST Nightingale came across an injured hawk near the intersection of Willow Rd & Dawson Rd in
#Guelph
. He blocked traffic, was able to help the hawk off the road & contacted the Humane Society. Ultimately the hawk was able to recover & fly away safely. -KG

Today, we lost a member of our GWPS family. Todd Roes was loved by all who knew him. He was devoted to patient care and committed to giving so much of himself to those around him. His brave fight against cancer ended today but his legacy of love and caring will live on.
