Good morning. Perhaps one or two friends will indulge me today as I remember my dad. He died 33 years ago today. The photo is during his time in WW2, he spent 6 years in the desert and then Sicily and returned a different person. Died too young, I think of him each day. ๐๐ฌ๐ง

Friends, please indulge me now weโre in May as I remember my uncle - Pilot Officer Eddie Hough who was shot down and killed over Holland in May โ43. A brave soul, one of the many in Bomber Command, a Lancaster Pilot, he died in the days before the famous Dambusters raid. RIP ๐
