@BowieEffect Cool, ty. I also think it's super relevant that so many ppl have bought & sold action without knowing about the promo. "What did they believe they were purchasing at the point they made the buying decision?" I haven't seen 1 potential buyer on FB etc ask "does it inc the promo?"

@Unshookone Thanks for input. A lot of the 'contracts' are actually written. But often of the form "selling action in my WSOPME @ 1.4... 1% = $140" and no other specific terms. There are certain understandings, right? Nobody expects a 1% share of rakeback for example. But this seems closer?
