Remarkably, we hit 2 MILLION subscribers on the on new years eve itself. It's an amazing milestone to roll into the new year with. I can't thank you all enough for the support. I changed my habits early December so remember the new year doesn't dictate when you can make a change.

Just landed back in the UK from Stockholm. What an amazing time it was. Somehow the guys over there manage to improve it in some way every year. I just want to say thank you so much for everything this week at the Minecraft summit.

I put a huge amount of time into each video I make and I have a "it's done when it's done" mentality. I've never had a schedule however I do at least upload 1-2 videos a week. I've never gone "months" without uploading. Frequent uploads don't make you successful - Good uploads do.
@GrianMC Hey Grian I've been watching you're videos for a number of years and I have always wondered why you don't upload much other youtuber I watch such as dantdm and others, what I notice about other youtubers is that they upload 2-3 videos a week. Sometimes even four but then.
