@samdubbelman Great question: if god is* beyond being, then god is the being that is beyond being.

@RevDrOlds I’ll post the intro online and encourage authors to post their chapters there. It’s not easy to meet professional expectations without publishing in such venues. And unfortunately we don’t control the prices or earn much for the sales.
