@ryan_t_brown @jefielding @hkarthik Assuming true, I wonder how much of this difference has to do with the benefits of having a more robust corporate structure earlier with external/investor board members rather than a self-funded founder running longer without as many guardrails to force critical discussions

@jefielding I’ve found that having a financial model that matches your company stage is a critical tool for a founder. It evolves and grows in complexity with time but if you never define goalposts it’s impossible to hold yourself accountable
