Ashamed that a Green Party councillor is publicly accusing a member of the public of 'hate speech' at a council meeting where she raised the issue of an Equality Policy relating to toilet provision. Councillors should represent all - including women and girls.
I later discovered a tweet by Councillor Laycock stating that hate speech had been allowed in the council. It was non-specific but could only have related to the questions that I had posed.

An Employment Tribunal has found that Prof Jo Phoenix, represented by Annie Powell at Leigh Day, was discriminated against and harassed by her employer, the Open University, because of her gender critical beliefs. She won her claim for constructive dismissal.
