@ConsumerSOS Most media did a terrible job covering the convoy and parroted government talking points, focused on 1-2 bad actors instead of the thousands of peaceful protestors, and did not follow up when corrected. I work in media. We must do better. We serve our audience, not government.

@RachnaSinghNDP My son felt excluded because of Pride events at his school. He has a congenital birth defect and received almost no support for it from his school because they were too busy with these sorts of events. He’s in a private Christian school now and a million times happier.

@preta_6 Good point. My Mennonite family had to flee Ukraine and the land they farmed for 400 years was stolen from them. But instead of teaching his grandkids to hate Russians and Ukrainians, my grandfather who fled as a boy taught us to be forgiving, compassionate Canadian citizens.
