Jim Fairlie on GMS this morning calling for a "national conversation" about car use. SNP totally out of ideas and prefer a wee chat over doing anything.

What a terrible answer.
Earlier today I asked the Chancellor why there was £600 million for Ineos to build a plant in Belgium and why that money was there for Antwerp and not Grangemouth. The answer didn’t clear that up. The government should do the right thing and step in to save Scottish jobs.
