Unrelated to the actual video, I dont think its a problem if a killer isnt played by many. There's 35 of them, not all of them are gonna be played equally. Let killers be niche and weird and interesting. This mindset of "nobody plays x" is what ruined trickster.

Here's some examples of what I mean
Some clips of me controlling recoil, as well as some of me just taking my time and playing patiently. Imagine how differently these clips would have played out if I was 4.6 and was able to toss 4 perfectly accurate knives per second.
These trickster changes really disappoint me and only serve to lower his depth in favor of making him more enjoyable to people who never took time to play him
Learning how to control the recoil and manage your firing speed was fun and took skill to do. That's all gone now. 🙃🙃

Scrap the whole thing, except maybe the movement speed changes. Keep the new Photocard cuz it's actually very cool.
Other than that, I really appreciate that they fixed his throw cooldown transition, it's far smoother than it was before.

He's now impossible to trade against with main event + throwing changes, impossible to get away from since he's 115 and impossible to loop because one small mistake or getting zoned out for a second is instant death 💀
Going from High C to Top 5 overnight is ridiculous

Never used controller in this game but here's my 2nd game after a warmup, with 25% controller sensitivity, playing just fine. I got my ass kicked cuz my controller kept disconnecting... but if I played more i could definitely do better. I'm sensing Skill Issue here.

I'm dead serious, the entire update needs to be thrown out. This killer is unbeatable in 1v1, going to be obnoxious in 1v4, and again nobody asked for this.
Getting 6, almost 7 blades off one surv misplay is absolutely dreadful.

This killer was never meant to be spamming knives all the time. You were supposed to be taking slow precision shots at longer range and in loops like shack, and only rapid firing when you got close/zoned the surv into the open
That's why recoil/throw rate growth was there Lmao

they redid his entire laceration vfx (which caused the issue) from scratch. i find it highly unlikely the bug is still possible, you shouldn't trust every random thing someone says in your chat until they post evidence of it still happening

This update displays an immense lack of restraint by the devs, an uncharacteristically low amount of restraint.
Remember when nurse got nerfed and it was basically just a slap on the wrist, and also came with other major buffs? Remember them nerfing wraith?

Pickrate stats mean nothing, they aren't indicative of objective reality. A character can be picked by like 3 people and still be cool. Legion has been a top 10 pick since they came out, yet is one of the most dogshit characters designed in any video game.

You get either 0.6s or 0.75s more time between knife hits to extend the duration of a combo, since combos last either 4-5s. The only benefit this has is netting you a few more BP and extending the duration of Main Event, but there are already 5 other add-ons for that

Please consider heavily toning down the trickster changes, increasing his movement speed is good and buffing main event is a good idea, but the execution of this update is bad. The current knives feel great and don't need reworking, just focus on main event and making him 4.6m/s.

reminds me of when I posted my criticisms of the trickster rework before his PTB, and everyone called me stupid and said it was fine
Then when he got nerfed on his live release, everyone called me stupid and said they were glad my character was nerfed 😁
