@xashboy @Yak_Fi @buck_yung1044 Its a figurative stronger. Oda doesn't write linear power-ups. Again this isn't DBZ. Luffy is strong because he has lots of CH, battle exp, and a crazy Df. Learning and charisma are his only other powers

And no, learning how to throw a punch makes you more effective. You didn't gain physical strength, you gained knowledge. Working out would make you stronger

No. We already know that the gears aren't power-ups, they're different ways to apply his own DF. He learned Kaido and how to apply Adv CH. That was why he won, outside of G5.

@xashboy @Yak_Fi @buck_yung1044 He got one-shot because he didn't know Kaido. He literal thought he could take the attack because he saw that Kaido was a straight forward fighter. again that "power" was knowledge until G5. Kaido lost because he realized Luffy was right.

@xashboy @Yak_Fi @buck_yung1044 Zoro is... to Luffy. Who is and who always has been stronger than Zoro. Luffy IS faster, more durable, stonger, has an Awakened DF, and has 3 different applications of CH. Why would he lose to a Second as an emerging Yonko??

@xashboy @Yak_Fi @buck_yung1044 You shifted the goal post. The whole point of Luffy fighting Kaido was because Kaido was the ONLY opponent that could handle Luffy. Why would King win to someone faster and more durable to Zoro???!!! Luffy would win high diff because of all the applications you've already mention

@xashboy @Yak_Fi @buck_yung1044 King and Kata are the two second in commands for YONKOS(Previous Yonkos). Their powers are closer than you think. Kata out maneuvered Luffy's FS, has DF Awakening, has CH, has Adv OH, and AH. Not to mention, KO'd Luffy twice and proclaimed that Luffy won.
