Comics Review in Slovak Cesta na Mars (Travelling to Mars, Arancia Studios 2024) @aranciastudio @Manruss Cesta na Mars je ďalšie skvelé sci-fi od Mighty Boys! V tomto roku vydali samé pecky, ktoré by mohli ísť všetky do TOP najlepších komiksov za rok 2024. Kým však sci-fi Agent strachu a Zpěv Neznáma boli dosť veľkolepé a výrazne nereálne, tak Cesta na Mars je komorné a celkom realistické sci-fi. Hlavným hrdinom je obyčajný chlapík, ktorému to v živote veľmi nevyšlo a umiera na rakovinu. Je poslaný na samovražednú misiu na Mars, aby pre spoločnosť Eazy Beef obsadil Mars ako prvý človek na planéte a hlavne zásoby plynu. Príbeh je naozaj veľmi komorný, emotívny a bez akcie. Je to však tak dobre napísané, že som tým preletel na jeden záťah a ešte mi pri tom vyšli aj slzy a to sa mi už pri komikse dávno nestalo. Veľmi vydarené. Recenzia

Comics Review in Slovak Thorgal: Sbohem, Aaricie – Wendigo @LeLombard Tak tieto dva nové príbehy sa prekvapivo veľmi vydarili! Ani sa nakladateľovi nečudujem, že po nich siahol miesto pokračovania tých starých príbehov (jasné, tie by bolo treba tiež dokončiť). Príbehy sú veľmi svieže a kresba naozaj kvalitná a hlavne v druhom príbehu s názvom Wendigo som si viackrát s obdivom prezeral niektoré veľkolepé strany. Sbohem, Aaricie je návrat do minulosti, kde 70 ročný Thorgal stretne toho mladého a má to fajn nápady. Druhý príbeh s názvom Wendigo je potom poriadny akčný masaker, kde sa neustále niečo deje a má to perfektné tempo. Naozaj spokojnosť a vôbec som nečakal, že bude patriť nový Thorgal medzi najlepšie komiksy roka. Prekvapenie. Pre zaujímavosť – táto nová séria odštartovala aj vo Francúzsku naozaj ukážkovo, keď prvý diel Sbohem, Aaricie obsadil v rebríčku TOP100 komiksov za rok 2023 skvelé 3. miesto a predbehol ho len Blacksad a Undertaker (Hrobár) a druhý diel s názvom Wendigo obsadil za rok 2024 pekné 9. miesto. A large number of all kinds of planes, you can fly over all continents and you can visit many famous locations, cities, monuments or airports. The career mode and the possibility to photograph many destinations are also awesome. Hopefully the technical condition will be completely fixed as soon as possible, but otherwise it's a really great simulator for flying fans. Text

Comics Review in Slovak Příběh ještěrky @tatailab @MartinaBelliMB Příběh ještěrky je príjemný pestrofarebný komiks o kúzlení a kamarátstve. Podľa kresby sa môže zdať, že je to detský komiks, čo však nie je úplne pravda. Je to skôr pre odrastenejšie deti, ktoré už chápu aj medziľudské vzťahy. Celkovo je to taký komornejší fantasy príbeh, ktorý je jemne humorne ladený, ale má aj vážne scény. Vôbec som o tomto komikse nevedel a som rád, že ho Zanir na náš trh priniesol. Recenzia

You have to survive in the night forest for 18 minutes without making a sound, otherwise you die and start over. Dozens of unpleasant scares and all kinds of sounds are waiting for you. It has atmosphere, but if you pass it in 18 minutes and you're not a collector, you're done with the game and end is here too fast. I did that on my third try. Text

Comics Review in Slovak Zaklínač 8: Divoká zvířata (The Witcher 8: Wild Animals, Dark Horse Comics, 2024) @sztybor_writes @DarkHorseComics Ďalší vydarený komiksový Zaklínač a keďže som veľký fanúšik tejto značky naprieč všetkými médiami (okrem seriálu), tak ma to naozaj teší. Scenárista Bartosz Sztybor znovu ukazuje, že si s touto značkou (ale aj s Cyberpunkom 2077) veľmi dobre rozumie a tentokrát ponúka príbeh plný morálnych dilem. Sám by som sa v koži Geralta nevedel v tomto príbehu rozhodnúť. Jediné, čo už bolo v rámci sveta úplne cez čiaru boli šteniatkovské ubolené očká topivcov. Inak kvalita a potešila aj pekná kresba.
