Health update that no one asked for:
After months of conditioning I can finally say my R-CPD affects me so much less than before 🥹 I can't tell you how relieved I am that I didn't need to get surgery for it!!
Air/Gas would get stuck in my esophagus and I'd have trouble

There was a different caterpillar chilling with the monarch ones and I had no idea what it was?? But it wasn’t causing any trouble so I let it eat from the same plants and cocoon—and apparently it was a Queen butterfly!! So dang pretty 😭
