Sometimes the pedal artery is calcified and mobile. Good technique to trap it.

@ReneLizola Wow. That’s nice. Sometimes, it is hard come around the loop. You don’t have good stability. Need to put this in my back pocket. Would be nice to see your revascularization results. I am guessing, you would bare back a 2 mm balloon, or a crossing catheter.

But if there is a stent in SFA ostium, I stick the CFA under ultrasound (close to the SFA ostium ) and direct the tip of the needle to the SFA.
