The sixth love language is ‘inclusion’ Include me in your day. include me in your plans and in your schedule. Include me in your ideas, your dreams, your thoughts. Include me in your outings, or staycations. “Let’s do...” and “I was thinking we should...”. This is a love language

I’m an advocate for quitting. I love watching people quitting things that are harmful to their emotional, spiritual, physical and mental well-being. If it will save you from harm, quit. We often hang onto things because we think if we quit the process, we’re quitting the results

Bribe your ancestors. Bargain with them. Say;“BooNdabezitha, if you do this thing for me, I will..” But you have to mean it, and follow through with your promises when they deliver. You also have to ask for things that are good for you. That are rightfully yours. They will listen

Having an understanding partner to love you as a healer is so profound. We get overstimulated and people misinterpret that as moody, depressed, or angry. Try having spirits use your body to communicate the spiritual realm to this world, with all their idiosyncrasies, it’s heavy!

A less intimidating way to speak to your ancestors is to write them a letter. You write the letter and you either place it emsamo or read it out aloud when you visit one of the many spiritually charged places. If the need requires, you may also burn it.

Relationships are such a wholesome concept. You just pick some momma & papa’s kid randomly and you’re like ‘ngifuna ukuba nawe zonke izinsuku’ and you proceed to just do stuff with them. And you’re happy to do them. And sometimes you’re not happy to do them but you do them anyway
