Congratulations to Jerome Blake on winning gold for #TeamCanada in the men's 4x100m! 🥇 Blake starred for Team BC at the 2017 @CanadaGames, taking home a gold and silver medal. In 2021, he earned silver in the 4x100m at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Sarah Van Dam was the youngest road cyclist at the 2017 @CanadaGames. 🇨🇦 She proved that she belonged and put the nation on notice with two fourth-place finishes. Today, Van Dam takes to the velodrome at 8:30 a.m. PT for women's team pursuit.

In 2011, @Shallonolsen took home 3️⃣ medals @CanadaGames at 10 years old. In 2015, she was back for 5️⃣ medals in Prince George. On Sunday, she helped @gymcan1 qualify for the team final for the first time in 12 years and booked her third straight ticket to the vault final 💪
