@dontscreenusout @angelafrisby1 The assessment ensures that the student is physically able to skydive, clear communication between the instructor and student, and the student (alone) is aware of what they are about to experience. It is for anyone with disability, not specifically customers with DS.

As a direct result of this, I am implementing a communications process with our Sales and Customer service teams to better communicate the needs to customers. Additionally, I am formally putting it into our digital communications and website messaging.

@angelafrisby1 @dontscreenusout @SkyNews @LondonMarathon Unfortunately, we did not communicate to LLoyd, and his family, that we would need to have an assessment prior to his jump. This resulted in Lloyd's arrival on the day, where staff were unprepared and unable to ensure his safety, for which we have apologised.
