@petrocanada , my points disappeared (apparently used). I have been a Long time user (decades). My emails to support have gone unanswered. How do I find out what happened to my points? Thanks In advance.

FYI update: The Safe Attachment scanning appears to be back to normal for our customers in Canada/ North America. Still no update from @MSFT365Status which is disappointing.

@MSFT365Status , there has been no response to this via X nor MS support ticket. Is there anything we can tell our customers who are complaining about long delays with safe attachment scanning? Thanks.

@PureVPNcom Anyone else having problems with iOS 15.x and newly upgraded PureVPN app v9.6? After upgrade, it is requesting Apple ID, and won’t let me try to login with PureVPN credentials. No responses from Support after waiting over an hour first time.
