1/3 Spain is due to imprison one of our stuck mums after she took her daughter back to her home country in the US to escape domestic violence in Spain. As part of her Hague Convention return agreement the father agreed NOT to bring criminal charges, but he still did.

2/3 We are asking the Spanish Ministry of Justice to 'pardon' the mother to prevent her going to prison for 3 years and 3 months. It's sad that articles like this are unsympathetic to the plight of victims, we hope to change this narrative.
