Glenmere are incredibly proud to announce that one of our past pupils, Alfie Murray, is in the televised musical The Grinch!! It can be downloaded now from Sky One. Alfie plays the part of Boo Hoo, one of the Who children, alongside Matthew Morrison from Glee! Well done Alfie! 🌟

Amelia in year 1 has raised £228 by having 9.5 inches cut off her hair. She waited the whole of lockdown to get her hair cut. Amelia thinks it is amazing how much she has raised but also donated her hair to little girls who have lost their hair from cancer.

Year 4 had the most amazing time at the Sleeping Beauty pantomime at the Loughborough Town Hall theatre today! Seeing the children’s faces light up and hearing them laugh out loud (as well as scream incredibly loudly) was just fabulous!

Year 4 have had such fun using drama to discover the properties of particles and materials in science today. They’ve also been using technical vocabulary to classify materials under headings, after discussing with their group as to whether each item was a solid, liquid or gas.
