P7a concocted their own herbal tea recipes this afternoon after learning about beneficial rainforest plants 🌱

P7B used their knowledge of herbal and medicinal teas to create their own recipes today and even got to sample them ☕️ there were definitely a few mixed reactions 🤣 we have a few new peppermint tea fans though! 🍃

P7a experimented with coding using the microbits this afternoon and were successful in creating a ‘Deforestation Detector’ (thermometer) and an animal tracker! @microbit_edu @NLDigitalSchool 🦧

P2 have been developing their knowledge of 2D shapes and 3D objects.

Primary 3 have been working hard to create this wonderful pirate display 🦜🛞🧭😁

P7B continued their learning of 3D shape today with active maths stations. They identified and organised them in to categories, made models and used nets. Some smart cookies managed to make octahedrons and dodecahedrons 🤩 and of course lots of towers! Well done everybody🌟

P7a have been learning about endangered rainforest creatures as part of their topic on deforestation. They used the green screen feature on iMovie to create their own nature documentary clips. @NLDigitalSchool 🦅🐵🐼🦥
