@HensDBD I feel like the issue with new perks often is that many creative perk ideas that are different from more standard perks (like dominance and human greed recently) end up missing the mark and see (little to) no use. Chaos shuffle for me reinforced that slowdown is still king.

@Bolvar__ I feel like Artanis is the most underwhelming in mage, probably (a lot) better in the other protoss classes but havent rlly tried those yet.
