@Ellies2ndaccnt The investigative report is fairly thorough on the allegations. Kind of unclear at this point what exact criminal charges apply here though (official misconduct and sexual harassment seem like they could be possibilities).

This is to me one of the most perfect hardcore albums ever recorded, made even more special that I got to see Dangers play at a little community art studio at midnight with like seven people in the pit.
nobody yell at me but fwiw i think this record deserves to be talked about with the same reverence as jane doe or the shape of punk to come

Johnson was arrested in 2023 for criminal possession of a weapon, assault, and obstructing governmental administration after a Lyell Avenue footchase which left one officer injured. He was not under any type of monitoring at the time of the Maplewood shooting.

RPD has arrested Niger Johnson in connection with the Maplewood Park shooting in July. Johnson was previously identified as a suspect. He is charged with reckless endangerment in the first and criminal possession of a weapon in the second
