I’ve officially been “just chillin” in Cedar Rapids for 3 months!! I pulled into my apartment on June 11th, unsure and nervous about what the future held. Let me tell you, these have been the most exciting, crazy, hard and amazing 90 days I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t change it!

Breaking news used to be my biggest nightmare. I’m a planner, so having to immediately jump from a plan to uncertainty would sometimes cause tears.
Today I had to pivot 3 times for breaking stories and no stress was felt, no tears were shed.
