Can't speak to the second game, but the first one is absolutely an Arkham clone in terms of combat and stealth.
I can say that because I own both Spider-Man 1 and Arkham Knight. It even has a the same "Detective Vision". It's not a bad thing, but it's pretty hard to ignore.
