@JoseMariTxirri I don't know if a pleomorphic hemangioblastoma exists, but it is undoubtedly a differential diagnosis in this case! ☝🏻 The EMA, somatostatine and progesterone positivity supports angiomatoid and microcystic meningioma! 👏🏼💜

@iheartpath I thought it too at the time! In fact, it is one of the main differential diagnoses of microcystic meningioma, but the immunostains that I showed are convincing, right? In addition, inhibin, S100 and endothelial markers were negative. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
