I've worked in an automotive testing lab for the last 30 years or so. I've seen so many variations on "suggestion systems" come through that I couldn't possibly name them all. The issue isn't the system, which is an outstanding concept, it's what is done with it afterwards. All of this starts at the top. There has to be a will and a desire to follow through on the suggestions, or they are meaningless and a waste of time.
