@PR0MEM0RIA That's not a bad idea! Your body is the best piece of equipment to use so some full body workouts are a good place to start without weights! My DMs are open if you need any help!

@PR0MEM0RIA It depends on your tolerance but I do high rep, low weight. Generally things that are low impact & cardio along those lines too. I do weight training with low weights & I run but on bad pain days I use the bikes & elliptical cause it's lower impact!

@xAzazelGhoulx I have pit tickets for NC too! A half hour walk away day is great! Ultimately you know your body best so if you think it's enough then yes! It will help with your stamina for sure. If you want to do more then that's good too!

@secondos_haze_6 I run 2 miles every workout then do legs but I also incorporate abs and arms so it's a full body workout each day I do this to myself ๐ญ good luck on your workout!
