Since the new American president is quick at work, I decided to write up about basic steps you can take regarding queer content(speaking from experience). If this term will last 4 yrs, this country will suffer from a mass ban of books, manga etc. It's now or never, guys:

@otsukimii @riamuyumemi Unfortunately, I don't think DEEN is equipped enough to adapt Yoake. And sadly that's the only studio making decent BL. I give them credit for giving us good character designer and rehiring same seiyuu casts as BLCDs. But their choices for directors always makes me sad.

@riamuyumemi @otsukimii Dakaichi was also explicit af, and yet they found a way to adapt it into TV anime. Not to mention older series like Junjou/Sekaiichi. Anything is possible. Like omegaverse anime wasn't in my bingo card either, but...

@riamuyumemi @otsukimii Therapy Game is the longest series on the list besides 2 tho, especially if you include the prequel. TooF had NSFW scenes, unfortunately the director had no idea how to handle them. PHJ would've been great as an OVA/movie series(but nobody is making those anymore 😣)

@don_dona77 Did you mean the OVA? It wasn't a very good adaptation compared to manga ver. The novel is also better. Futtara Doshaburi is actually part 1 of the novel series. I'm currently putting it in Seven Seas surveys, I wonder if Spanish or French pubs will consider licensing it.

@otsukimii @WsjSurvey It's worth noting yuri is spread out across all demographics while BL is mostly serializes in dedicated mags. Outside of YuriHime titles, yuri has to compete with het or non-romance titles that share the same mag. For example, those came from the same mag(Web Comic Gamma Plus):

Speaking of quantity of BL mags, there are over 100 of them. Big thanks to @/boushi_1 for making the list! It's true that some of them are digital-only, small and don't have any working relationship with eng pubs, but they exist nonetheless.
